Fede joined Gershman Partners in 2015 and currently serves as Director of Development and Finance. His main responsibilities range from Land Acquisitions, Entitlements, Design & Development, to Financing.
Prior to joining Gershman Partners, Fede spent one year as a Real Estate Analyst for HFF, Inc. (now JLL), mainly working on debt financings for Multi-Family and Student Housing projects throughout the country. Prior to HFF, Inc., Fede worked for two years as a Commercial Credit Analyst for First Merchants Bank, where he analyzed both C&I and CRE credits.
Fede is a graduate of Anderson University and an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), HOAM and Soma Midtown. He enjoys spending time with his wife Lauren, being a Dad, traveling, working out, and finding the best bakeries in town.
