Gershman Partners is once again teaming up with Deylen Realty & Blackline Studio (previously partnered on Ardmore Indy) to redevelop 921 Virginia Avenue in Indianapolis, Indiana. The site is at the entrance of the Fountain Square neighborhood and along the popular Cultural Trail.

The parcel currently houses a one-story brick and concrete block flat-roof industrial building and associated parking and loading dock space. The property was built between 1972 and 1979. White Castle Inc. utilized the building for distribution purposes since it was built and vacated in 2021.

The redevelopment mindset is to construct a 5-story mixed-use building on the site. The new development, named Link, will have 12,500 square feet of Retail & Restaurant space on the first floor along Virginia Avenue, 204 high-end apartments in the upper stories and 210 parking spaces in an internal garage. Proposed materials are brick, metal panels, fiber-cement panels, and lap siding. There will be some recessed balconies, a rooftop amenity area, and a courtyard off Virginia Avenue.
