Buzz is the Founder and President of CWC, Inc., an owner’s representation firm within Gershman Partners’ office. He has managed several high-profile projects over the course of his career. Prior to CWC, Inc., his accomplishments include Mall of America, Las Vegas Forum Shoppes and Fashion Mall at Pentagon City.
CWC, Inc. has been a part of an impressive list of projects, including Hamilton Town Center, The Bridges, Comlux Aviation Service’s $14 million Corporate Office & Hangar; and a major Midwest expansion program of over 150 stores for CVS Pharmacy; most recently, Ardmore in downtown Indianapolis – now completed; and a new Wellness Center for Park Tudor School is currently underway.
Buzz is a Purdue University graduate; an active cyclist and weight-lifting enthusiast. He also enjoys time with family, outdoor activities and home improvements.
The most random thing in Buzz's office is a clay mold of a mouth made by his son when in elementary school.
