Deb is responsible for all of platforms of accounting, treasury, and financial functions associated with monthly, quarterly, and annual tax-related prep; billings to clients and tenants for services provided and billing reimbursements from clients; collection of accounts payable, payroll, monthly reporting; preparation of budgets and operating statements and annual budget prep. Her previous role at Indianapolis architecture firm, Odle, McGuire, Shook (OMS) positively paved the path for her success at Gershman Partners.
Deb is a graduate of North Texas State University. She enjoys time at home with her husband, their two kids, grandchildren, and family dog, Murphy.
