Spencer is Vice President and in-house General Counsel for Gershman Partners, providing legal services for all aspects of commercial real estate, including acquisition, development, leasing, construction, operation and management of projects.
Spencer is an Indiana University graduate. Prior to joining Gershman Partners, he served as in-house Counsel at Simon Property Group.
